Have purchased a new car on the internet before, but from a main dealer. This time there was nothing around so looked for other sources and came across buyacar, amongst others. Their website was the most user friendly and provided a quick response, especially to the p/x value of trade in car.

Checked out the trade in/purchase price against other Citroen main dealers and there was no comparison, so went ahead, albeit nervously!!

Have spoken to them a couple of times, which I found reassuring, and after a delay for a factory build the vehicle was delivered, before old one was taken away. Great to have both on the drive.

Will look to them again in three years time.
