Bought a car from Bucks Motors on the 1st October, 2016 got it home and found that the aircon did not work there was no service carried out and it wasn't clean. Contacted the dealer and had the run around for a while. They then took it in to 'fix' it came back ok at first and then a week later not aircon. Called them again and got a load of poor excuses. Took it back to my garage and nothing had been changed. Now being fixed by my local garage and will be taking them to court for all the costs I have had to meet. When I did a HPI check there was even finance still on the car luckily its one that they cannot take my car back for. Will be persuing my claim throught the courts and would advise no one to buy from this dodgy dealer.
