“Worst Garage Ever! More than terrible!!”

Bought a new DS3 30th Sept 2011 and biggest mistake ever! Only had it for a month before it started going wrong, it's been back 6 times. On one of the occasions it was there 6 weeks, had a head gasket fitted(major part for a new car)and I'd had it back less than a week before it went back. On another occasion I had to drive round for 10 days without window wipers and the engine losing power before I get get it repaired.
The customer service doesn't exist, once you've been sold a car they don't want to know. I have details of each visit and the service manager is denying how many times it has been in.
When I bought the car I expected a lot from it especially being brand new and from a dealership. However the after sales treatment and disregard of my rights as a customer now makes me think I would have been better off buying from an independent garage.
