Citroen C4 grand picasso. My car kept cutting out (Feb 2012), so we took it onto the Nottingham dealership. They just replaced the sensor. Took it away and the same thing happened a few days later. They refused to collect it, saying that they did not have any tow away facilities. Argued with them for a couple of days, finally the general mamanger agreed to collect the vehicle. They 'inspected' it and then pushed a full service on us, saying that would rectify all of the problems.
Less than a week later, I pulled up at home around 7pm. We heard a knock at the door about ten minutes after I got in. Got to the door and there was a fire coming from the engine! We rushed out of the house with the kids and few minutes later the car exploded! It set fire to my wife's car and part of the house!
Thay have refused to reimburse us for the money we paid for the work done, which was obviously either not up to standard, or not the correct procedures to fix the problems.
Beware this dealership!!! Very dangerous practices!!!
