Available Car sold me a dud. A very annoying squeak from the front suspension that manifested in dry weather. Unfortunately I test drove the car in the rain. I returned the car a number of times for repair, each time the car was returned to me with the problem not resolved and with more damage done. Eventually I took the car to a dealer and paid for the correct repair and for the reversal of the damage done by Available Car's mechanics. The car was sold to me with a new Available Car MOT, however apparently it should never have passed an MOT. On one of the occasions that I took the car back I suggested that they should swap the car. The gentleman pretended not to have heard me say that. Very disappointed, this is not the customer experience promised by their TV advertising.

Hi – It is unclear from your review what car you purchased, from which Available Car Ltd branch or when?
You have vaguely explained that you reported a “squeak from the front suspension” and that the car was returned to us “a number of times”, you have then said that Available Car did not resolve the squeak, but caused damage to your car? This sequence of events is not familiar to us. We are concerned by the content of your review and the opinion/statement that “the car should never have passed an MOT”.
