I write this having still not taken delivery of the car....

Although they confirmed the car was available within the 12 week period , which I was happy about.The delivery date was confirmed, and I agreed to go to them to pick up. We heard nothing further but fortunately we contacted them the day before to be told, "car was not going to arrive in time and needed to reschedule for next week". We then agreed a new date and time slot ( before 11.00) and it would be delivered to my home address. Great. They took contact details in case there was any problems. I took the day off for delivery, it's now 15.38 and no car, no contact and mobile is on answerphone.....I will now need to take a third day off to sort this out. If it wasn't for the fact we have paid the 3 months rental, I would cancel and go straight to the dealer, which of course next time I will.
