Brought a New Fiat 500X from Arnold Clark Oldbury West Midlands, had a number of issues with the vehicle with has been disappointing, but its been the poor customer service provided by their rude, arrogant, Reception Service Department staff that has really disappointed me. I found the actual engineers knowledgeable and they carried out any repairs to my satisfaction. It's unfortunate that Fiat are being represented in the UK in such a disrespectful manner,they won't be getting any repeat custom from myself in the future.
