First time I have bought from Arnold Clark in 30 years. The car had a warning light on delivery. I was told it would reset and if not return - how did this pass a pre delivery inspection? I took it to a local Arnold Clark who tried to repair but said to take back to London Road. I called and was told to drop the car off and when I asked for a courtesy car was told none were available for 2 weeks(eventually got a fiat 500) but the repair should only take a couple of days at Arnold Clark Hyundai dealer. I called after 5 days and they hadn't booked it in, called again and eventually got it booked in after 10 days. General feeling is that you have to do the chasing. The car was bought near the end of the month and got the impression it was get the money in / car out was the first priority. Communication was poor and relied on me phoning as the fiat 500 left me asking colleagues/friends to help pick me up as the car has virtually no boot.
