We recently bought a Nissan Note (2010 model) from Arnold Clark in Salford and couldn't have been more impressed with their service. Abdul, our salesman, was the opposite of a pushy salesman, gave us plenty of space to look around and take our time over viewing all the vehicles in stock. When we found one we liked I test drove it while my husband and kids enjoyed all the free refreshments on offer! We got a very fair offer for our part exchange vehicle (a knackered 12 year old Picasso!) and two year's free servicing thrown in to the deal. Abdul handled our application for finance very smoothly, despite all my annoying "any news yet" phone calls. The car was perfect and ready for pick up on the time and day agreed. We are very happy with our new car and I felt I had to write a review to go someway towards combatting all the negative reviews I read on here after agreeing the deal! My advice to a potential Arnold Clark customer is to go with your instinct and don't be put off by internet reviews!
