I thought buying a vehicle would be an exciting and rewarding thing. It doesn't happen to me very often and I thought a big name like Allen Ford would be one to trust. How wrong I was. I was really excited to start with but this quickly gave way to frustration and stress caused by the staff who didn't seem to know what they were doing. I seemed to know more about the vehicle I was buying than they did. I finally received my vehicle after weeks of waiting and hard work on my part chasing them up to pull their socks up. I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so either.
