Acklam simply the best

We happened to come across this family firm while searching for a X6 series BMW Coupe. I saw a lovely white M sport coupe and wrote it down on my list of dealers/ garages to email/ring. 250 miles away I thought I would look closer first but rang anyway, what struck me is the polite efficient non pushy way therir sales team dealt with us, they spent time sending me a detailed video getting me the best finance and saving me a staggering £1060 on interest. So after putting the phone down I arranged funds to the level I wanted and decided to look local at first knowing there was a car I knew I wanted and to see if one was closer I attended BMW who came up blank. I received a curtious email with all the details from the sales team of Acklam and decided I would buy their BMW, from start to finish they made it simple, at no time was I pressured in any way and when I said about picking it up and completing the paper work but I had to wait until Friday the end of that week there were no issues. What I didn't expect was new brakes and tyres fitted at their cost, every detail taken care of and questions answered and explained including all the car functions in finite detail, don't be afraid to ring if you even want info on a car the Acklam Team know their craft inside out.
