I purchased g2227 and install is ok. then i tried to add voice to my maps created an error. then my gps doesnt work. i contacted eonon they have been very helpful in trying to fix my problem, send me an upgrade file from their tech and I got it fixed. All quite smoothly. i can not say enough how happy i am with their customer support. sure sometimes they may be busy or emails. but my experience gives them a score of 10 out of 10 for communication, replying in good english offering great... “Stay Away from Eonon. Poor Quality, CS just for sales.”

I don't understand how other reviews with 5* just talk about fast shipping and not about quality of product. I doubt if they are genuine. My experience so far with Eonon is all support/quality promises on www.eonon.com are false. They just talk nice until item is sold. I bought this believing on what they claim on www.eonon.com. I wont talk about shipping and installation. Unit worked as promised when I switched on first time.

After a Day, Touch started malfunctioning, It works for 5 minutes...
