Only used a couple of times for items hard to source elsewhere. A visit to their website shows nearly every item is way more expensive than other suppliers - even with a discount code. Never had issues with availability of items or delivery times. As they say, pay your money make your choice.

Ordered detailing kit on eBay for £88 and 4 days later I get a message telling me it's out of stock so they cancelled the order. I then checked the item had been removed and infact it was re listed at more than double the price! A very bad service and bad practice.

I've used this company a few times and had no problem but I recently placed an order and paid (or so I thought). 3 days later I enquired politely why the order status was Payment Pending, got a very stroppy, rude reply from them. Real shame, poor cystomer service can ruin a business.

Bought some car cleaning products online from Detailed Clean this week. Fantastic service and recommendation of which ones work together. The product descriptions are very detailed allowing me to make a good decision and spend money wisely. I think they have very good prices and show them including VAT so you know exactly what you are spending. The delivery rates are also good. Would I recommend to a friend or family? Of course. Cant go wrong really everything ordered arrived in good condition on time.
