When I purchased this player for my car, I settled for it due to the competitive price Pioneer offers for this gadget. The display is also clear and its operations are easy to manage. Its installation is pretty easy and it ain't a headache. I hope you note that in a very bright day the display may not be that much visible but, that is just a minor issue anyway.
I can say,4 months down I feel quality and value for my money. I hope you consider it too.
