I placed my order for 3 yankee candle housewarming jars & 10 wedding votive candles, unfortunately the wedding votives had been wrongly advertised on the website. Yankee planet quickly pointed out their error and removed this from my order. I have only given 4 stars because although I do appreciate their website was wrong, it would've been nicer customer service for my order to be honoured as it had already been accepted. I love love love this website. I used to get my wax tarts from Amazon but the shipping usually worked out costing exactly the same as the tart so I started looking for cheaper options. I am really pleased I have found Yankee Planet, there isnt anywhere cheaper to my knowledge and the delivery is fast. The selection is also much bigger than anywhere else I can find. I Discovered Yankee Planet by chance, when looking for a specific Yankee Candle fragrance that I could no longer find from my usual Yankee Candle sellers. One of the items i ordered was not in stock, and when a refund email was sent it was for the wrong amount, i ask YP to contact me asap and they phoned me at gone 10 pm. REALLY an email would of be fine at that time of night and then made me feel stupid as it was only 14p YES but it was my 14p!!!
