I bought two of these automatic can openers, one as a gift and one for myself. Both of the units were faulty and would not operate at all, I contacted Jean Patrique and all I got was an agent telling me I needed to send them a video , what for ? the things are not working, you can see the same thing if you look at a still photograph. I will never use Jean Patrique again and advise anyone thinking of a purchase from the company only does so with money they can afford to lose.

I have problems with my hands having grip with jar lids and opening cans this fully automatic can opener is my life saver "I eat. Works great just attach it and press the button.

I needed a new tin opener as I’m struggling to open cans so I thought get my self a good one so £14.99 thought I’d bought a good one ,my tin opener arrived and it wouldn’t work so rang up for a new one ,I wish id just got my money back ,takes you up to half a hour to open a can then still not open properly and you can’t remove the opener from the can .Dont waste your money and time on this .going in bin .

I bought a can opener from these people the first did not work as did the second I now await the third replacement.

I bought the "One touch" can opener. I had, had one by a different company for years which has served me well. But I wanted a new one & the offer even including the delivery looked very good.
It took over a month to arrive. I used it once & worked well. Went to use again & did'nt work. Changed battery's but still not worked.
I feel let down. I can not afford to phone the company I did try the numbers listed above but I got the message about charges.
I suggest people should be careful about what seems to be a good offer. Postage is very expensive with this company & thats their hidden way of charging for the item.
