I've been going for 20 years now I have stayed there about 24 times fabulous place wonderful staff customer services at Head Office really lovely people. I have spent loads there and had some of the most fabulous times in our lives. Twice I went in the first week in July it was so hot it was like St Tropez. You cannot fault this place in any one iota. This place is so bad that we just had to laugh! I will not bother to write down my list of complaints as they are very similar to many of the others listed here. I will just concur that in my opinion it is the worst caravan site in Britain. What really made our day was the manager.He was as about as helpful and efficient as poor old Basil himself. So don't complain to the manager because you will not get anywhere but you may split your sides laughing. (read more)

*Location* Bideford Bay holiday park is part of the Park Resorts company. It is located near the North Devon town of Bideford. It is close to Clovelly, Exmoor and Westward Ho! *Arrival* We arrived at the park at around 9pm on Friday evening. Cutting a long & very upsetting story short. We paid for our holiday months prior. We rang them 3 times, we rang to confirm 1 week before as well. When we got there they had no record of us ringing to confirm & had no caravan for us. Stuck in Sennen, miles from home, limited funds and nowhere to stay in the dark. Not fun at all.
