I bought a pair of ski boots in Jan 11 and after over 3 hrs tweaking them i went away a happy customer. However, when i actually got to the slopes all was not well and after just two runs i couldn't stand the pain any longer, the boots had to go. So i returned to the hire shop!

On returning, i went back to Lockwoods and spent another 3 hours having the boots remolded and tweaked to get them to fit. I think that it must have been the numbness in my feet but i thought they were now fine but it happened all over again on a recent trip.

Having now gone back nearly a year later, they have now given me a completely different boot and fitted them at no extra cost - AMAZING! Now here's hoping they work on our next trip in the coming weeks! I think this was just one of those things but so happy that they did this for me.
