Terrible website, what if you don't use paypal?

Needed photos printed by tomorrow so after looking at Snappy Snaps website rang them to ask how long it would take (Can do them in 2-3hrs) Ok fine. Limited info on website such as processing time and confusing prices.
Uploaded easily, then payment time. Can never get paypal to work so rang again, any other way to pay? No. Ok, try paypal again, keeps returning me to a page to choose payment method (which has choice of 1 method so why?) Rang 4 times, couldn't solve problem. Staff were polite but not much help unfortunately, girl went online to try herself, hers worked fine, thanks.
After over an hour wasted, loaded them onto cd, took them into town myself. Saw Boots and went in there. Less than half the price quoted by Snappy Snaps, took 5 minutes to order photos, ready tomorrow.
In conclusion, if you want to pay double go to Snappy Snaps but go into the shop and save yourself the aggro of the website. If there is a Boots next door, that's the choice I will take next time. :-)
