1st & LAST TIME

Merryhill store.. tiny shop, 2 members of staff . They only sell photos and can't even do that properly.
Yes admit it was busy. Patiently wait 20 mins in the queue no exaggeration. . Even had to tell other frustrated customers that the machines in ASDA are much cheaper.
Anyway got to the till to ask for passport photos for 2 year old as the photo booths in other shops don't support height. Was told quote " I'm busy come back in half hour" what I just waited 20 mins n you want me to come back n queue again with no guarantee that u may still be busy.
IF YOU CANT OFFER A SERVICE AT EVEN THE BASIC LEVEL WHY ADVERTISE IT. Anyway I gave him a piece of my mind and walked out kicking the frames on the floor. Why even sell the frames if you haven't got shelves to put them on, putting them on the floor so customers walk into them.Actually why even bother opening. I PERSONALLY HOPE IT'S ANOTHER NAME THE HIGH STREET GETS SHOT OF.
