Suffered with a mega price increase when this company took over from Tesco .
Visited today to print holiday photos ,new machines installed ,very user unfriendly . Touch controls so sensitive they alter things even without making physical contact ,very long winded to make adjustments I had to stand there for ages including changing machines because one froze up . On completion because I had used 2 machines the staff had no idea what to charge me on quantity discount ,no price list in the place . Final price seemed to be the outcome of a huddled debate between the 2 members of staff linked to much tapping of a hand held calculator .
