They have lost my vidio of my family when we went to Disneyland Florida in 1989 when my two lads were 7 and 9. I gave them the vidio in Nov 2013 to put on to DVD and they have lost it .They have given feeble excuses and have offered a feeble compensation. It's not the money I want my tape back, you can buy the memory's that were on the tape. It is now Aug 2014 and still no joy. The company's customer care is non existent .
