Fab Photo Shoots in Ilkeston

Recently used the Ilkeston branch to have some xmas pics done of my baby and toddler for Xmas cards and gifts to family. Very impressed with how helpful the staff were and how accommodating they were to my wishes and ideas. Beautiful pics and lovely prints. In a photo shoot you will usually get a few really really special pics that you won't be able to stop looking at. So impressed that I went back yesterday for another shoot with a friend and her toddler as a treat for xmas. They didn't disappoint and she was over the moon. One negative point was that the first time I was not charged extra for the cd in their £20 package, but the second time I was charged £5. Prices need to be consistent and I will be checking which shop assistant was correct and possibly asking for a refund of this charge. I ended up spending over £40 each time due to me wanting extra prints and photo xmas tree decs. One last thing id like to say is that the shop was tiny and is always busy and often has a couple of push hairs in the shop... Need bigger shops!
