Have been into the newcastle upon tyne store at greys monument today.
The service which i recieved from an assistant called Liz was second to none. Nothing was to much trouble and she was extremley busy, she help every customer that was in store and apologised to every customer for their wait.
It was very nice to come across such a helpful and knowledgeable assistant.
Well done Liz and thankyou very much.
