My wife sent some pics to be printed online three weeks before Christmas. She got her confirmation of order email with the quantity & sizes she wanted + cost though straight away. Her account was also charged straight away.
On the week before Christmas no photos had arrived so she called them and they said they could see there had been an order but they couldn't see anything on their systems as to where it had gone & that they would call her back after some investigation. A day later and no phone call. She calls them again and is now told that there must have been a problem between her computer and their computer which she rightly told them can't have been the case as she had got the confirmation email though which stated exactly what had been ordered. They again said they had to do some investigation and would get back to her. Again, no phone call back so she rang them again and got a woman with an attitude who basically said that they couldn't find her prints. She asked for a refund which they said they would process & the money would go back into her account. Some days later and no sign of the money she calls them again and they just tell her they will process it and the money will show in her account (as if they never bothered the first time). So today she checks and STILL no money has arrived into her account. They seem to offer a truly shoddy service which really isn't worth anyone's time or money.
We've since sent the same photos to be printed though Aldi photo printing. We got 100 free prints (we sent 370 to be printed) and they arrived in 2 days for less than Max Spielmann were charging.
