There were problems with my panasonic lumix - this has been the worst retail experience ever and I am aged 56 so have in my years had quite a bit of experience with the retail trade. 4 month old camera had the lens replaced and returned a further two times but no fault diagnosed. Problems with the picture quality, pictures overexposing, but Jessops insisted nothing was wrong advising. However they advised me to purchase Adobe software to correct and edit the pictures on my PC which didn't make sense to me.

Jessops refused to exchange the camera but would give me 20% discount on the Adobe software: Jessops head office in Leicester have not returned my phone calls, nor emails despite chasing and chasing.

Jessops would not contact Panasonic for me to find a way to resolve this so eventually I contacted Panasonic who were excellent and could not understand why the lens was replaced in the first place. Panasonic then emailed me an 'uplift code' which I (as the customer) then passed to Jessops who then exchanged the camera.

When I went to the King's Lynn store to exchange, store manager was very offish in my opinion, he was not forthcoming with any product information and it was me and my husband who kept asking for information on the new more expensive camera. Sad to say that this is the worst customer service experience ever, not one to be recommended. Store Manager did not even apologise for our inconvenience nor did he even say goodbye to our response when we left the store.
