I ordered a Canon 50mm L Lens online with Jessops utilising there interest free finance offer, received notification of next day delivery between 7am - 9.30pm delivery (useful & flexible delivery slots!!!) nothing arrived so the next day I called there customer service number, waited on hold for 29-mins only to be told they would investigate it but it should arrive the following day as it had been dispatched, waiting in all day nothing arrived, called their premium rate customer service line again, on hold for 47-mins, got through, again no apology and told should be with me the next day as Yodel (DHL) there delivery service had lost the parcel but had no found it. Waited in again, 7am-9.30pm, nothing. Next day called there customer service department, waited 26-mins on hold, no apology and told to re-order and they would cancel the first order and everything should be ok, did this, again no next day delivery, called there customer service department, on hold on their premium rate number for 17-mins, no apology and no real answer so I cancelled this order along with the first and will never shop with them again.
I hope Jessops go bust as they deserve to go out of business.
I then purchased from Clifton Cameras, got interest free along with an extra years warranty and saved £112 and their service is superb, please use Clifton Cameras instead of Jessops.
Please, please go out of business Jessops.
