After three days of waiting for my "next day" delivery, I phoned the shop (why no email?!) to be advised that my item was on back-order from their supplier and I may receive in "a week or so". A week on, no delivery, no update and a another phone call to the shop. Fobbed off with film-flam, disinterested sales assistant so, I cancelled my order. Still waiting on refund to my card... my first and absolutely last experience with Bristol Cameras.
