They keep no stock. Happy to take your money instantly, at which point they will let you know that they do not have the items in stock. I have been waiting for three weeks now. I have phoned them twice for updates. On one occassion a very bored assistant made snotty comments, but was clearly not interested in helping me. On both occassions they promised to call me back with an update...needless to say I am still waiting.

Yes they make up stories to suit themselves, avoid them at all costs if you want to keep your sanity!
