How dare they have me spend an hour on creating a resume that said free then wanting to charge me. BEWARE OF THIS!!!!

I canceled my service after paying the 1.95 for 14 day access just to access my resume I created and was charged every month for a year. Shame on me for not closely monitoring th account I didn’t use regularly. I only received the one email from them initially and did not receive any further communication from them. Clearly not a legit business model.

DO NOT ever use this site to build a resume. They will take your money after 10 days and will not refund it even if you cancel! I started on 11/25 and canceled 12/05 and they still took $24.99 from my account for the FOLLOWING month. I called customer service and spoke with someone OBVIOUSLY in India or overseas and they were very rude and would not refund my money.

This is a terrible service. Not only are the templates clunky, but the customer service is a disaster. They keep charging you after you cancel.

NOT FREE and they auto bill you $20/ month without notification!

I would have loved to know that using their resume is not FREE. The site has multiple ads advertising FREE Resume, so they let you spend your valuable time creating and perfecting a resume, but printing it is not free, downloading it is not free, sending it is not free. It is useless! I wrote them and they said creating a resume is free, using it is not, in a nutshell. You can create and look at it free, that's all. BUT, you never suspect this until you try to print it. I expected using their other services, such as job search would not be free. Offer a free resume, then charge you for utilizing an awesome search engine for jobs perhaps?

Would never use this again. I used it for 3 months and generated tons of resumes and cover letters. I tried to enter my credit card again and found out they have a bug in the software where the credit card payment was going to a duplicate account I didn't know about. I called customer support and the lady said she could download and upload all my resumes to the good account and delete the bad account. What she ended up uploading was uploading junk into the new account (not even the same number of files). There was NO Way to get all my work back. Lost 100s of hours of work. Don't WASTE your time on this. This is affiliated with resume genius which also has bad reviews. The software is out of san francisco and customer support is from Puerto Rico and their Bank is overseas in England. Too shady.

Wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time creating a resume. You can create a resume, but you can't email it or save it unless you pay.

I was charged a "service fee" from their bank because they use an international bank to process their payments. I neither was told about this, nor did I authorize the payment. When I called and asked for a refund I was told there was no way to refund the charge. So I cancelled the account and I urge you to do the same. The reviews on the internet are terrible, I should have researched more before I signed up.

I signed up to create a resume and paid a one time fee of about three to five bucks, next thing I know- I look at my bank account and they withdrew $19.95 for my account. I NEVER authorized a month to month subscription! I advise everyone not to ever use this website!

Haaaaa!!!!!! RESUME NOW! Without you knowing they will take money every month from your bank account. And yes will find and excuses for everything. I had to change credit cards.

After spending over 3 hours to create a new resume I attempted to download it so that I could actually use it. I only used this website because it states that the services were free but to my surprise it was not. When I contacted the company I was told that you can create as many resumes as you want for free but payment is required to be able to download, print, or email. Who would spend hours creating something they cant even use unless they pay each time they want to use it (unless they knew this was the case) Dont waste your time!!!

Do not use this service! As many reviews before mine say, they charge you for service you did not ask for! Even when I call their contact number I get the runaround. I have a charge of $29 95 on my credit card I did not ask for! I will pursue this to the end if not resolved I am sure I can report them to the Better Business Bureau or some other agency. Would give this ZERO STARS, but in order to submit have to give at least one star.

I never signed up for there service!! I started to make a résumé for my wife but never completed it. I suspected that, even though they SAID it was a "free résumé" service, there might be a charge somewhere. Sure enough, there was one, so I backed out of it with ought completing. Now, I keep having job referrals emailed to me even though I never asked for them and don't want them. I tried several times to unsubscribe with no luck. Save yourself a headache and stay away from these people!!!

BEWARE! I signed up for their 14 day trial program and canceled my subscription after one week. Then I get charged $40 the next week. I went on a live chat with one of their reps. He explained to me that my account wasn’t canceled and I was charged a monthly rate for their “premium service”. I told him I had canceled my account and he said if I would provide my cancellation confirmation email then he would see what he could do. I, of course, don’t have one because they never sent one. So then he tells me no refunds So now I ask their rep to cancel my account, he keeps trying to sell me onto this product again! It took 8 times of me demanding that he cancel my account before he actually did it and sent me the coveted Cancellation confirmation email. I then asked for his managers’ name and number, he refused and ended the chat abruptly. This is NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! BEWARE!

I signed up for a free trial (acutally for $1.95). Suddenly two weeks later a new charge showed up on my credit card for $39.80! There is a hidden auto renewal there. I went to the website and could not find any way to cancel my subscription. I dug around until I found a phone #. I called several times and every person had a heavy accent and a terrible phone connection. They could only "open a ticket". There were not supervisors! Literally a minute after my initial call I got an auto email from them rejecting my request for a refund. There was no phone number or contact information. When I called again and again the customer support told me to respond to the rejection email.
