Bought a dash-cam. Didn't work from new. Contacted Tech365 and they asked me to send it back to their distributor at my expense! I pointed out that the Sale of Goods Act requires the seller to pay for postage of faulty goods. They reluctantly agreed to pay AFTER I had paid for it. When I sent it back I heard nothing. Sent them an email to which they didn't respond. Phoned, and they said they'd phone me back - they didn't. Phoned again and they then said that their distributor hadn't received the product back - but I have proof of delivery! They then said they would resolve it and call me back before 5.00 - they didn't, of course. Started a Paypal Dispute to try and get my money back that way. That worked, but as of writing this, still no sign of me getting postage costs back. So I have reported them to the Office of Fair Trading and also Trading Standards. I have also contacted the Royal Mail Fraud Investigation Team to ascertain why their distributor said (if they did!) that they hadn't received it back.

I bought these cameras from Tech365 and contacted the manufacturer as the software would not install. When I contacted Smart Witness, they told me that the product has been discontinued. I then contacted Tech365 to ask for a current alternative in exchange and I was told that I would have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee even though the software would not run. The company were extremely unhelpful and rude, not returning one call or enquiry. They also mixed up the initial delivery blaming the courier company when in fact they were to blame. A bad experience from start to finish and very disappointing. I am now left with 3 obsolete cameras and out of pocket.

Hi first time ever purchased anything from Tech365 and would defiantly use again. Fist class service quick delivery and great communications and the faulty dummy camera works fine I have found no faults with it great picture and pans tilts and zooms as it should. 5 star all the way faultless service

I placed an order for some CAT6 cables as these guys were the cheapest around. Upon placing the order I was offered free delivery! Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. It's always worth spending money with a British company and these guys go one step further!

Great piece of kit! Records well, playback is exceellent. Had it hardwired in my AUDI 5 so its permanent!

I'm sorry to read of your negative comments towards our company, as discussed with you at the time last November the distributor in question and product was a very new one for us and through the issues we had with your purchase, together with others we took the decision to remove their products from our website.
We offered to refund your carriage costs in November of last year, but you did not take us up on our offer.
