We had a number of burglaries in our business park which prompted me to get some quotes. I had a number of CCTV Quotes from installation companies and the lowest was £1880+VAT for a 4 camera system. These installation companies believe small business have loads of money.

Anyway, I decide to go online and got talking to a few companies. Some were helpful and others just wanted to sell you a system. DDS recommend a system package (CK-4VN, see www.digitaldirectsecurity.co.uk) which was perfect. The sales team was helpful but the support team was excellent. Never experienced an after sales team like it. Upgrade to 8 Channel MicroLITE DVR was a good suggestion as I now have a need for one additional camera.

Keep up the good work! The country needs companies that can offer a great after sales service.
