Couldn't recommend them more!

From the moment I did a taster session here two years ago, I had no previous experience with bikes at all, so I was quite clumsy and nervous! But I was instantly put to ease and all of the instructors are so relaxed and are lovely people. The fact that they're so laid back, understanding and patient just makes the whole experience that much more fun! Because that's what it's about, learning and having fun! Even before I went in for my tests, they all helped to put me at ease and it worked, I usually get so worked up before any kind of test (the big T word!) but they were so supportive, I said I was worried I'd let my nerves get the better of me, but I remember them saying "I believe in you!" And just generally saying such kind words and joking about, it really did help me calm down and I passed both my CBT and A2 first time with them! Great people to learn from, I'll definitely be back to do my direct access! Couldn't recommend them more, very lucky to have met such a lovely bunch of people!
They're so caring as well, I couldn't find my waterproofs one morning and drove up on my bike in my usual bike clothes, and the heavens literally opened so when I got to their centre it looked like I'd casually plopped into a lake with my bike! I was absolutely drenched! Obviously we all laughed, but they provided me with spare clothes and waterproofs and even let me drive home in them so I didn't have to drive back looking and feeling like a drowned rat. Things like this they don't have to do at all (obviously I brought back the clothes and thanked them!) but it was so kind of them to do that, they really do go out of their way to look after their students and genuinely want the best for them. Very proud to say my biking experience began at Valley Bike School! Thank you all so much for all your help and support!
