“Supervised Neglect ”

I come from 3 years of teaching background and the following is my objective description.

I was impulsive enough to pay for the CBT and the 12 hour course in advance when I should have just tried them out for a few hours of teaching before paying for a full wack 12 hour course costing £260. This is what I advise you to do if you prefer to make your own mind up, just try them for a few hours and see if they teach properly. Then maybe try another training centre to compare.

The person who does the CBTs is quite good at teaching and is supportive. No issues with their teaching technique. One of the staff members is not very encouraging, tends to put down his students and books you in for 3 hours on a Saturday, then leaves you on the side road for 85% of the time by yourself on the bike whilst he surfs on the net.

I tried another organisation who I won't name so as not to cause problems but there is a huge standard difference. They actually teach you, not just take your money and sit in the office. Very poor teaching skills and very little teaching provided.

This person chooses to stay anonymous ? we have tried to contact them to resolve this issue, we are sorry you did not enjoy your experiance with us, but we are the most established school in the area, and get most of our work through recommendatons, we train te local police, paramedic and fire brigade, so our system works,if you had brought your dissatifaction to our attention we would have bent over backwards to help you, to the point of giving you a refund , the fact you complain this way goes to show what kind of person you are.

Please do not believe what the owner is saying. Just pop in and have a look at their office and the side road in which they train you. There is no way on earth that local police & high level organisations will send their staff here to train, it's an absolute shambles. In fact this disgraceful company loses lots of customers to nearby schools. Just buy 1 riding lesson and then buy 1 riding lesson elsewhere and you will see how bad they really were. Please don't waste so much money like I did. Also the owner wrote to me asking me to remove my comments and then this site asked to see my receipts which I thankfully still had to prove I was genuine. I was seriously betrayed here and the owner made no attempts at the time at improving his shoddy service.

We had to launder our gear after you had worn it, you were arrogant ,to the level of ignoring our instructors , and we were happy you didnt rebook once your course finished.we have been training on team valley for the past 18 years, and have put hundreds of people through there tests, every now and again we get somebody who really shouldnt ride a bike, an that was you. so, you can bad mouth us, tell lies about us, hide behind comments like this, but,really , nobody listens to you.

I can tell you i have passed my motorcycle exams without failure, both mod1 and mod2 in a row. I had to start from scratch as it appeared to the new instructors (who i will not name so as not to cause a turf war) that i had not been taught anything. They tell me that they receive dozens of failed students from you each year. They even said that your girlfriend came to them to pass her test. I dont know why they would mention that if it wasnt true.

lol, listen to you, "turf war", my girlfriend doesnt ride bikes you fool, hates them, now get back to your video games or whatever keeps you happy and stop with the lies about me, if you were a man, you would have said this to my face. not behind an annoymous website.

Actually guys your reaction to your customers complaints on this page have just made me look elsewhere. Sorry but you dont treat customers like this especially when the training costs charged are so high!

i done my test over ten years ago with these lads, they we very professional. i intend to book my son in this weekend, but i supose they cant keep every one happy all the time. everyone knows someone like you . get a life
