Very bad experience

I will be honest, my instructor was very friendly following up on the experience, I had explained first that I had never ridden a geared bike and out of my choice that I wanted to ride one. I could not get the hang of it straight away and I was placed onto a moped I almost got the hang off. But I had my lesson at 8 in the morning and a second class was beginning at 10. So I felt like I was being rushed and under allot of pressure. When I saw the second class ready I was told "sorry not cbt for you as you're not going on the road today" fair enough I wasn't ready to go on the road. But at least have a small policy on a small amount of refund. In a sense of way I feel robbed of my money it was a bad experience for me, felt like I was being rushed it was all quick quick. I felt like half way during the experience the instructor had given up on me. Watching the second group, they did not do the figure off eight correctly by looking at the cones but still got to move onto the life saver turn. The area felt small and the floor was in bad shape at the bottom of the car park was a hole in the ground. Overall I had thought even booking at 8 am their would be space for the 10 am group. I have spoken to others who have taken CBT else were and experienced riders they have told me that I have sort of been cheated for my money.
