Makes me sick!

Firstly, I wanted to do a CBT on a manual bike, and I have zero experience on bikes. Apparently, this is fine according to their website.
My instructor (Peter) said from the very start, I should do use an automatic, not because of anything professionally, but just so he can finish quicker.
Of course I said no, but the 3 other people there at the time who all had experience on bikes agreed, and already I was alienated.
He made them ride first, and then tried to explain how to ride on a manual. But his method was completely s***. He said to start moving you want to give throttle first, and then release the clutch... the opposite of what most instructors do.
He expected me to be able to be able to balance and be able to go straight instantly, but no beginner can... that's impossible! So he instantly failed me, yep after less than 5 minutes on the bike, he failed me. So my full day course for £100 lasted an hour, of this man chatting s***.

What's worse is to rebook you have to pay the FULL fee again.
