Nationwide have rates starting from 3% flat which they offer on Commercial Loans, Asset Finance, Cash Flow Finance and Refinance. They only deal with Businesses and are very much still lending to businesses (unlike many others.
They give decisions on their finance products within 3 hours.
We applied on the Tuesday and by 5pm on Wednesday afternoon the money was in our account. They offer a great service with very cheap rates.
I recommend they to you.
