I wrote to the CEO - and posted on Twitter but didn't get one reply.
Couldn't find an email address or contact number on their paperwork. The only number searchable online is a Premium number which cost me £4.75 for an 11 minute call and I ended it as I was still on hold. It's obvious this company isn't interested in their customers.
They only seem to be bothered about getting as much money out of them as possible! Such disgraceful tactics and customer service! I would never use these again. I'd rather take out a bank loan for my insurance, it would be much cheaper.
Even 24 hours later I still haven't received a reply..... They are a disgrace and all they care about is taking their customers for every last penny they have!

They deliberately hide any way of getting in touch with them. Disgusting and unethical.
