“Worst Insurance for Landlord ”

The worst insurance I've ever experienced. They couldn't set up a simple direct debt for months and kept sending me warning letters. Their staffs didn't call back nor the manager tried to resolve it. Very frustrated to deal with them. Unprofessional and staffs are rude. Don't waste your money with them!
