This a huge problem in this country. It is very difficult to find an insurance company that even bothers to entertain the idea of insuring even a light manufacturing company (mainly software). It is really is ridiculous - the guy on the phone just laughed at me as we manufacture a simple electronic product.

Very good value for money and useful to be able to get relatively low levels of cover. Easy to use website and staff helpful too. Cheaper to go direct rather than through a broker and good to be able to pay by instalments at no extra charge.

It's difficult to get insurance which covers you for yoga and dance when you are studying. I teach and study at the same time. I thought I was stuck with one insurer but when they let me down I finally did some research. I saved money and got what I wanted with Markel. the person with whom I had contact was efficient, pleasant and knew what she was talking about; great! Of course, the proof will be in using the insurance which i hope won't happen but I have the cover I need at about two thirds of the cost.

Found this company by chance while browsing, and so glad I did. Quotes from other companies were a lot more than double. This company offered to call me at my convenience. Both the email and telephone contact were instant and sympathetic and everything was explained clearly and fully. I think it would have been helpful to have been asked about qualifications and experience earlier in the online quote questions, as I felt I had gone through them all, only then to possibly be turned down at the point of registering. Once I had contacted the company further about this, they took into account my circumstances and said they were happy to help. The paying agency contact was also swift, although I did have to go to the trouble of asking for clarification on a couple of points which could have been worded more clearly. My questions were answered fully and clearly.
