They were very cheep and as I didn't claim I can't speak for that side of things. But when I got an automatic renewal letter I phoned to say I wasn't renewing. They renewed anyway and helped themselves to money from my bank account.
Also they said repeatedly that I had authorized this when I took out the insurance, if I did it is only because it was buried somewhere in the small print as I would not have agreed to this willingly ever. ( it ranks with ppi and endowment mortgages as all time stupid ideas)
So if you do insure with them keep an eye on your bank account in a years time as they may plunder it.
