Started a business account with Santander 3 months ago. Having had an issue connecting to the online banking and authenticating - probably a poor internet connection dropping - I called their "customer service" team to get a reset, which is done by post and can take 4-10 days to snail mail a new code. Apparently this happens a lot says the chap on the phone! What a joke, they know about it but wont do anything to change it! I'm not allowed expletives in this review, but I can tell you I was fuming!
This is a business account!! How on earth is anyone suppose to conduct business when faced with such an archaic operating model. They will only send to your registered business/home address so heaven help you if your on a business trip! Having now seen all the reviews of the dire "customer service" I think I need to swap banks - Barclays??
