I switched our corporate account from Clydesdale as the service was deteriorating, unfortunately despite the advertising this banks online system was designed by a team of wombats that have no idea what a business wants and a backup team that are themselves totally frustrated by its limitations.
Bulk payments are only paid twice a day! Faster payments arrive sometime in the future and payments to Santander accounts take longer than to other banks.
I have spoken to many assistants none of which can answer my questions and infuriatingly teat me like a child and me tell lies (Not their fault they have themselves been told lies).
The management team need to take a real hard look at their clients needs and change their ways.
I am off to Lloyds.
