“A Poor Decision”

I have banked with Natwest since we began trading in 1999. We subsequently started two other companies and also opened accounts with Natwest for those We recently were told that we would be getting a 100%, yes 100% increase in business charges on all three business accounts. I suggested, that as longstanding customers, with 3 business accounts and personal accounts that they might want to consider some negotiation. All the accounts we have are in credit and we don't have any borrowings. None of the businesses have ever had difficults (for which we are grateful)
I have been told that they would rather lose the accounts than offer any deals. So yes, I am in the process of moving all accounts.

So don't think that loyalty, credit worth or low maintenance business needs count for anything with Natwest.
