Started a Business account with Lloyds in Jan 2012 and signed all required forms to use online business banking facility also. Few weeks later did not receive anything about the online banking login details. Spoke to business banking team and they said the signature details were not received and the relationship manager need to send me the form (what did i sign on day one then !!) and asked me to go to local branch and sign the form. Went to local branch and signed the form which was filled by their customer service..dont know what they did with that form, after 2 weeks still heard from the business banking team that they dont have the details. Then the relationship manager sent me a form which i signed and sent it by pre-paid envelope. its been 2 weeks since and have not heard anything at all. Just cant reach the relationship manager as he covers many areas in london and can only leave him a voice message or text with no response at all....overall useless business banking team....worst service...
