I have always banked with Lloyds and currently have a 150k loan @ 2.20% above base, for this reason i cant leave, i complained about the incompetence of my female business manager about 2 years ago as she charged me £2500 to get out of a mess that she caused and then kept telling me "you need a holiday" she now wont even talk to me and the bank refuse to change my manager, im basically on hold !!!!!! stay clear of Lloyds Business Accounts NW9
