My business banked with HSBC for close to a decade, then they sold all the branches in Upstate NY where we had opened the account (we are not longer in that region which is 400 hundred miles away). They told me I had to apply to open a new account, but after over 6 months, they still haven't opened it. The branch manager where I have my personal checking and savings says the the HQ is refusing to open it because a portion of my business is internet related.
Anyone who would like to bring a class action suit again HSBC, please contact me.
