Six weeks after failing to do what they claim on their website, they now fail to give money back even though during three telephone calls promised they would.
Their reception staff are rude and sound/act thick to say the least....."a cheque is in the post", "we only refund via cheque", "only person who can refund is on holiday" etc etc etc.
They fail to abide by distance selling laws and trading standards regulations.
This company basically offer what anyone can do themselves. So, do it yourself - don't give them your money.
We are getting ours back via credit card now.
