Things did get a bit better... but now on the slide again. web site awful.. call center expensive and slow to answer.
How be ethical when other banks offer paperless statements etc.. whereas Co Op still paper, and if like our business many foreign transaction that a letter comes each time.. why don't they update and have a web based foreign currency account section.
I would change but is it better the devil you know, because there is few business account reviews that put there banks in golden light.
