No end of probelms with poor service. Initially their online banking was inacessable most of the time. That is nw OK, but I find things like their anti-fraud dept cancelling payments without bothering to contact us, foreign transactions not being done until a day or two later (once a 2 week delay was blamed on the world cup being on!), and general incompetence at anything other than the basic core transactions. They also decide on loans and overdrafts before asking you how much it is for, and for what!
Things seem to have got worse aftert the Britannia merger - what will happen if they take over all these branches?
If it weren't for their ethical policy, they'd only get 1 star.
